Last Day of Swimming Lessons

The tradition continues ~ on the last day of swimming, every kid has to wear clothes over their bathing suits then practice taking the clothes off in the water. Ben didn't quite get what was going on, but he did great...and then it was jump after jump after jump after jump!

Fireworks for the Fourth!

We took the kids to see the fireworks in their pajamas so they could be dropped right into bed (and it actually worked!). Ben had Italian Ice in a crazy glow-cup then fell asleep before the finale. And only a kid used to living in Georgia would be cold in 75-degree-New-Jersey!

First Mate Ben

Today Ben went sailing! He's been on a powerboat before, but never sailing and he KILLED it! He was a pirate captain in full effect and was ready to board everyone we passed...aaaaargh!!

Riding Fourth...

Ben peddled in his first-ever Fourth of July Bike Parade in Island Heights and got to ride alongside the fire trucks and police cars...woohoo!!

Katie's Big Day

Katie's baptism was at St. Joe's in Toms River over the weekend...she was a champ and Big Brother Ben was a great helper!
